By using Plawie or this website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the software. You must be legally able to enter these terms and meet any age or location requirements imposed by model, wallet, blockchain, or other services you connect.
2. Software and release status
Plawie is evolving Android software. Features may be experimental, device-dependent, provider-dependent, feature-gated, changed, suspended, or removed. The official release destinations published by Plawie identify the public versions supported at a given time.
Open-source components remain governed by their own licences and notices. “OpenClaw” and names of providers, wallets, networks, and protocols belong to their respective owners; inclusion does not imply endorsement.
3. AI output and tool actions
AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsafe, or confidently wrong. Review output before relying on it. Tool plans can read or change device and third-party state depending on the capability you approve.
Do not use Plawie as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions. Verify consequential information with a qualified human or authoritative source.
4. Wallets, bridges, and payments
Wallet and blockchain features are self-directed software tools. Plawie is not a bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser, custodian, or insurer. Network fees, price movement, contract risk, bridge risk, incorrect addresses, unavailable routes, finality, and tax consequences are your responsibility.
- Verify the token, chain, amount, recipient, quote expiry, and wallet before approval.
- Never share a private key, recovery phrase, provider key, or authentication code.
- Blockchain transfers can be irreversible and public.
- A displayed quote is not a guarantee of execution price, route availability, settlement time, or recovery.
Human approval is a safety boundary, not a guarantee. Device authentication confirms an approval came through your device; it cannot make an incorrect transaction safe.
5. Providers and third-party services
You choose and configure external model providers, wallets, bridges, RPC services, registries, and other integrations. Their terms, charges, privacy practices, availability, and content policies apply independently. Plawie does not control them and is not responsible for their outages, changes, account actions, or losses.
6. Acceptable use and your responsibility
You are responsible for your device, credentials, prompts, files, agents, tool permissions, scheduled actions, and compliance with applicable law. You must not use Plawie to:
- access systems, accounts, devices, or data without authorization;
- deploy malware, evade safeguards, steal credentials, or cause harm;
- violate privacy, intellectual-property, financial, sanctions, export, or other laws;
- misrepresent generated content or automated actions where disclosure is required;
- abuse public release infrastructure or third-party services.
7. Availability, disclaimers, and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plawie and the website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, security, compatibility, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the maintainers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, credentials, tokens, funds, profits, business, or goodwill arising from use of the software or connected services.
Some jurisdictions do not permit particular warranty exclusions or liability limits, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product and release model change. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are published.
